Remember when Christmas felt like this?
Frosted windows. Christmas wishes. A little of that feeling, all over again.
I grew up on a farm, in a house heated by a wood stove. I remember the frost on the windows and the snow that sometimes left our roads waiting days for a plow. Winter did not mess around.
But neither did my sisters and I when it came to snowball fights...or building a snowman bigger than we were.
Those are some of my favorite memories of being little. And every year, photographing children with Santa Gary brings a little of that feeling back.
